MAC / Cotai
What the lantern shows.
Wynn Palace opened on the Cotai Strip in 2016 and made its entrance with a flourish. A performance lake fills the forecourt, where fountains, music and light play out in front of the hotel, and the SkyCab — a line of gondola cabins — carries arriving guests over the water to the door.
Inside, the design language is floral and generous: oversized flower sculptures, mirrored halls and a substantial collection of art and decorative pieces. The casino offers table games and slots, and the restaurants run from refined Cantonese cooking to steakhouse classics.
Cotai is made for hopping between resorts, and Wynn Palace sits at the edge of the action. Plan on shuttle buses or taxis to reach the older Macau Peninsula and its historic centre.
